Fees:

My rates are based on skills and experience attained over the span of my career. Clients are either on an hourly or retainer rate. All rates are billed at one-minute increments. Please email us for a quote on your needs or project. 

Hourly Rates:

Hourly rates are for those clients who want to work with me on an ongoing or per-diem relationship, however, they are not sure how much time they will need each month. They could need my assistance each month for different amounts of time or just here and there. A small initial deposit may be required for new clients, which would be applied to your first invoice.

Retainer Rates:

Retainer hourly rates are for those clients who are ready for a long-term partnership and can commit to a specific number of hours each month for the duration of the partnership. These clients retain my time, paid in advance, each month. The hours can be retained in five-hour increments, starting with 10 hours.

Other Information:

A client retainer agreement is needed from every new client before beginning any work.

Any expenses incurred will be billed to the client for reimbursement.

All Invoices are due upon receipt. A $25.00 late fee will occur if payment is not received on a timely manner. A $25.00 fee will occur for any returned checks.

Payment is accepted via company checks or credit cards via PayPal. Sorry, personal checks will not be accepted for payment.
